1. ABOUT OHREESE HAIR ROOM

Ohreese Hair Room is a paid subscription-based educational membership operated by Ohreese Limited.

The membership provides educational resources, tutorials, live calls, community access, templates, business guidance, and related digital content for wig makers, hairstylists, beauty entrepreneurs, and content creators worldwide.

By purchasing, accessing, or using Ohreese Hair Room, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase or access the membership.

2. MEMBERSHIP CONTENT

Membership features may include, but are not limited to:

  • Monthly styling tutorials

  • Monthly colouring tutorials

  • Live wig-making Q&A calls

  • Live content review calls

  • Content hooks and templates

  • Vendor reviews and recommendations

  • Educational resources

  • Downloadable PDFs and templates

  • Recorded trainings

  • Private Skool community access

  • Bonus content released periodically

Membership content may change, evolve, be updated, removed, or improved at any time without notice.

Ohreese Limited reserves the right to modify membership structure, content, features, schedules, educational materials, or benefits where reasonably necessary.

3. MEMBERSHIP PRICING

Membership pricing may vary depending on when a member joins.

Promotional, founder, launch, or early access pricing may be offered at Ohreese Limited’s discretion.

Members who join at a lower promotional rate will retain their existing membership price for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

If a member cancels their membership and later rejoins, they will be required to rejoin at the current membership price available at the time of rejoining.

Ohreese Limited reserves the right to change pricing for new members at any time.

4. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING

Membership payments are charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method provided at checkout.

By subscribing, you authorise Ohreese Limited to automatically charge your selected payment method each month until cancellation.

All membership payments are billed in advance.

If payment fails, membership access may be suspended or terminated until payment is successfully received.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Members may cancel their subscription at any time.

To avoid the next recurring payment, cancellation must be completed at least 3 days before the next billing date.

If cancellation is not completed before this period, the next monthly payment may still be processed.

Cancellation stops future recurring payments only.

After cancellation:

  • Members will continue to have access until the end of their current billing period;

  • Access will automatically end once the active billing cycle expires;

  • No continued access will be provided after expiry unless the membership is reactivated.

Once a membership ends, all access to:

  • Tutorials

  • Community content

  • Downloads

  • Templates

  • Recordings

  • Live call replays

  • Educational materials

  • Bonus resources

will be removed.

6. NO REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the instant access provided to digital content, educational resources, recordings, templates, downloads, live sessions, and community materials, all payments are non-refundable.

No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be provided for:

  • Failure to use the membership;

  • Change of mind;

  • Lack of participation;

  • Forgotten cancellations;

  • Technical inability on the member’s side;

  • Business outcomes;

  • Personal circumstances;

  • Dissatisfaction after access has been granted.

By purchasing access to Ohreese Hair Room, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

7. DIGITAL CONTENT WAIVER

By purchasing and accessing Ohreese Hair Room, you expressly agree to receive immediate access to digital educational content.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Access to digital content begins immediately after successful payment;

  • You waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once access begins;

  • You are therefore not entitled to a refund once digital access has been granted.

8. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY

All information provided within Ohreese Hair Room is for educational and informational purposes only.

Vendor recommendations, colouring methods, business strategies, content guidance, styling tutorials, and educational advice are based on professional experience, personal opinion, and industry knowledge.

Ohreese Limited does not guarantee:

  • Specific financial results;

  • Business growth;

  • Social media growth;

  • Supplier outcomes;

  • Client bookings;

  • Sales performance;

  • Profitability;

  • Hair quality consistency;

  • Viral content results;

  • Specific business success.

Members remain fully responsible for their own business decisions, implementation, suppliers, pricing, marketing, and results.

9. LIVE CALL RECORDINGS

Some live calls, Q&A sessions, workshops, or community sessions may be recorded and uploaded inside the membership for educational and replay purposes.

By participating in live sessions, members acknowledge and agree that:

  • Their participation may be recorded;

  • Comments, questions, audio, or video shared during calls may appear in replay recordings;

  • Replay content may remain accessible to active members.

If a member does not wish to appear in recordings, they should avoid sharing audio, video, or identifiable personal information during live sessions.

10. PRIVATE COMMUNITY RULES

Membership includes access to a private community hosted on the Skool platform.

Members agree to behave respectfully and professionally within the community.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment or abusive behaviour;

  • Hate speech or discrimination;

  • Bullying or intimidation;

  • Spam or self-promotion without permission;

  • Sharing confidential membership content;

  • Soliciting members outside the platform;

  • Disruptive behaviour;

  • Illegal activity;

  • Misuse of the community environment.

Ohreese Limited reserves the right to remove or suspend any member who violates these rules without refund.

11. ACCOUNT SHARING & UNAUTHORISED USE

Membership access is strictly for one individual user only.

Members may not:

  • Share login details;

  • Share paid content;

  • Redistribute recordings;

  • Upload materials elsewhere;

  • Resell membership resources;

  • Re-teach proprietary systems as their own;

  • Allow multiple users to access one account;

  • Copy or reproduce membership materials.

Any unauthorised sharing, redistribution, or misuse of membership content may result in:

  • Immediate removal from the membership without refund;

  • Permanent banning from future products or services;

  • Legal action where appropriate.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All membership content remains the intellectual property of Ohreese Limited.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Videos

  • Tutorials

  • Templates

  • PDFs

  • Graphics

  • Recordings

  • Written materials

  • Branding

  • Educational frameworks

  • Training systems

  • Community resources

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, sold, taught, or shared without prior written permission from Ohreese Limited.

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

13. AI, SCRAPING & CONTENT EXTRACTION

Members may not use artificial intelligence tools, bots, scraping software, transcription tools, automated systems, or data extraction methods to copy, reproduce, store, repurpose, or redistribute membership content.

Membership content may not be used to create competing products, courses, memberships, communities, or educational programs.

14. TESTIMONIALS & FEEDBACK

By submitting testimonials, reviews, comments, feedback, images, or success stories to Ohreese Hair Room or Ohreese Academy, you grant Ohreese Limited permission to use such materials for marketing, promotional, educational, or business purposes.

Personal contact details will never be publicly shared without consent.

15. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By purchasing access to Ohreese Hair Room, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving access to digital content, recordings, templates, downloads, live sessions, or community access.

Where a chargeback or payment dispute is raised fraudulently or without valid basis:

  • Membership access may be revoked immediately;

  • Future purchases may be restricted;

  • Evidence of platform access, downloads, login activity, and participation may be used in response to disputes.

Ohreese Limited reserves the right to recover unpaid fees and associated administrative costs where legally permitted.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ohreese Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits;

  • Business interruption;

  • Loss of business opportunity;

  • Loss of reputation;

  • Indirect or consequential losses;

  • Technical outages;

  • Third-party platform failures;

  • Supplier disputes;

  • Member business decisions or outcomes.

All services and content are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not legally permitted under applicable law.

17. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Ohreese Limited reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access without refund where a member:

  • Violates these Terms;

  • Shares membership content;

  • Behaves abusively;

  • Engages in fraud or chargeback abuse;

  • Harasses staff or members;

  • Damages the reputation or operation of the membership;

  • Uses the membership unlawfully.

18. PRIVACY

Ohreese Limited will handle personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and privacy obligations.

Members are responsible for protecting their own login credentials and account information.

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

By purchasing from Ohreese Hair Room, you agree that any disputes or legal matters arising from the membership shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Ohreese Hair Room operates from the United Kingdom and provides digital educational services worldwide.
